I did see three or four trout in a mile section that I fished but there should be many more. This is Catch and Release. Where did all the fish go?
Slow backed up water is all too familiar on this stream now.
Downed trees are the culprit as is TU's reluctance to help. Seems that organization likes wood more than they like my membership money.
This kind of blockage just seems to stagnate what was once a free flowing area.
The only thing this slow water is good for is mosquitos in the Spring and Summer. Thin low water only warms too quickly.
